He holds a Postgrad diploma in Personnel Management and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London.

Charlotte is currently Head of Talent & Development for Mothercare plc having previously lead the Head Office L&D function. Prior to Mothercare she was Management Development Manager for Sainsburys following a number of years in organisational consulting.
She holds in a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London

What Goes Around is a consultancy practice run by Doug Shaw, an experimenter and facilitator. The business is founded on two principles: reciprocity works, and happy, well informed employees deliver. What Goes Around uses conversational and collaborative techniques to help companies make work more useful and enjoyable so that in turn, they can achieve these things, faster and better than before.
Doug writes the HR and customer service blog Stop Doing Dumb Things to Customers, and he also writes for the CIPD, HRZone and other publications. He is teaching himself to paint and is an occasional guitar player and singer/songwriter.
